Biography

Dom is an experienced litigator in the area of family law, criminal defense, business law, and estate and civil litigation. He was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, graduating from John Marshall High School in 1992.

Dom was a successful entrepreneur prior to pursuing his legal career, and he completed a B.S. Degree in Business Administration at Winona State University. In 2008, Dom earned his law degree from a small private law school in southwest Virginia, then in 2010, he earned his Masters of Laws Degree in Litigation & Dispute Resolution from George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. After completing his education, Dom worked for a small firm in the twin cities for seven years and also taught undergraduate courses in Business Law, Comparative Politics, and Labor Relations Management prior to returning to Rochester in 2016, when he joined a local Rochester firm.

During his legal career, Dom has become versed in several areas of the law, and is an aggressive litigator and trial advocate. Dom is the founding member of Navarro Law Firm, PLLC, and is putting his skills and knowledge as an entrepreneur and seasoned attorney to use for the benefit of each of his clients, while providing aggressive, personalized service.
